    rose essential oil aromatherapy

  • has the highest healing vibrational frequency of any oil

  • can easily blend with other oils [scroll to end for details]

Use caution during pregnancy. Use a very, very small amount of rose in a carrier, such as organic virgin coconut oil

Emotional help: anger, jealousy, depression, fear, guilt, mood swings, love, compassion, romance, and uplifting

Rose essential oil can be expensive due to the large amount of petals it takes to make just one once. But it's worth it!

  1. dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.I use organic, virgin coconut oil.

It produces enormous health benefits, mainly its natural ability to take essential oil nutrients to the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems.

  2. generously apply the oils to heel and bottom of the foot [Green, Orange, Swirly Blue], and the toes for maximum effectiveness

  3. gently massage the rose and coconut blend on the heart chakra, or breast bone

My recommendation is to dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.

For example, one tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil to one or two drops of essential oils.

Be mindful on the number of drops you use, and which oils you blend. Use the simple recipes given here at: www.reflexology-education-now.com

Experiment with different oils. Be aware of the cautions. Discover which blends you and others enjoy.

Take advantage of aromatherapy nebulizers and cold-air diffusers, along with your therapeutic grade essential oils.

I my opinion, the most easiest, simplest, and cost effective way to enhance you and your family's health is to use cold-air aromatherapy nebulizers.

It's a natural air filtering system, increasing negative ions in the air, eliminating mold, fungus, air pollutants, and more.
