Reflexology Hand Map
You can easily create your own reflexology hand map. To help you, here is a hand chart showing you the palm of the right hand.
There are three main horizontal "map lines." From the top...- neck and shoulder map line
- diaphragm map line
- waist map line
- a fourth map line is not shown, at the wrist, called the pelvic map line
Print this reflexology hand map page. Try copy and paste. Or, design your own.
You'll want a few blank piece's of white paper, a pencil, an eraser, multitude of colored marks/pens.
Use your hand, or a friends, and lightly draw around the hand. Draw various sizes and use different people. Experiment with lots of different colors. The following chart shows the "zones" of the hand.
The green lines divide the hand up into five zones. These "zones" run from the tip of the finger, the length of the palm, to the wrist... thumb is zone one, index finger is zone two, middle finger is zone three, ring finger is zone four, and little finger is zone five. Take advantage of this reflexology free-info-website to help you. Every page shows you different illustrations and step-by-step instructions, that you can copy and use. Draw them. Practice the techniques that go along with that zone of the foot and hand, using your own charts. Here are examples...
