Online Reflexology Charts

Here are online reflexology charts with step-by-step lessons on techniques and routines.

I've added what each area or "zone" of the foot represents.

  • Green -- head, brain, face, sinus, teeth, gums, jaw, neck, supraspinatus and trapezius muscles.

  • Pink -- chest, breast, lungs.

  • Yellow -- arm, elbow, wrist, and hand.

Techniques

Practice each stroke, referencing the online reflexology charts presented.

  1. Check for contraindications.

  2. Warm up the whole foot and ankle with Swedish stokes: gliding, kneading, and movement.

  3. Specifically knead, glide, and stretch the calf muscles and Achilles tendon.

  4. Then, take each toe in turn, gently squeeze, twist, pull.

  5. Using your fingers, trough through the area's between the toes. Be aware of sensitive area's.

  6. Stretch the toes.

  7. On tops, bottoms and sides of the toes, perform finger walking technique. Small "inch worm" movements from tip to base.

  8. Perform finger brushing. Softly brushing the tips of their toes [brain] with your palm.

  9. Next, the pink part. The lungs, chest and breast.

  10. Perform thumb rotations all over the back of the foot and up the ankle.

  11. Glide in different directions, moving the skin, muscles, and tendons.

  12. Repeat for the other foot.

online reflexology charts lymph and back This chart shows the addition of the back, leg, and knee [blue], lymphatics and fallopian tubes [light green/blue]

  1. Focus on the top of the foot, closer to the ankle.

  2. Glide your fingers and thumbs through these area's. Go in different directions.

  3. Lymphatic Pump - glide your palms from toes all the way up the ankle. Repeat a dozen times.

  4. Perform thumb walking across the top of the foot and ankle.

  5. Do the ankle and foot boogie, a jostling technique, and take the ankle through its range of motion.

Put these two routines together for a foot reflexology treatment. Modify and customize as you desire.
