Special Tsubos Of The Foot
- spleen meridian starting point
- liver meridian starting point
- stomach meridian ending point
- gall bladder meridian ending point
- urinary bladder meridian ending point
- "the fountain of life" -- kidney meridian starting point
Reflexology Energy Techniques
All these special points, zones, organs, and glands can benefit from... - gentle compression. Hold for a few seconds to a few minutes
- rubbing. Or friction back and forth quickly.
- squeezing, twisting and pulling on the toes
- specifically for #6 - pinpoint-and-flex
One of the most effective reflex techniques is meridian tracing.
Trace with light strokes from start to end of each meridian: - kidney ends at the clavicle
- liver ends at the inferior rib cage
- stomach starts on the cheek bones
- spleen ends at the anterior-lateral thorax
- urinary bladder starts at the medial eye, where the frontal bone meets the nasal bone
- gall bladder starts at the temple, just lateral to the eye.
