Foot Reflexology Map
You can easily create your own foot reflexology map. To help you, here is a foot chart showing you the plantar surface of the right foot.
There are four horizontal lines that make up the foot reflexology map. From the top...- neck and shoulder map line
- diaphragm map line
- waist map line
- pelvic map line
You can print this page, or copy and paste. Or design your own.
You'll want a few blank piece's of white paper, a pencil, an eraser, multitude of colored marks/pens.
Lightly draw around a foot. Your foot. Draw various sizes and different people. Experiment with lots of different colors. The following chart shows the "zones" of the foot.
The green lines divide the foot up into five zones. These "zones" run from the tip of the toe, the length of the plantar surface, to the end of the heal, calcaneous bone... big toe is zone one, 2nd toe is zone two, 3rd toe is zone three, 4th toe is zone four, and 5th toe is zone five. Take advantage of this reflexology free-info-website to help you. Every page shows you different illustrations and step-by-step instructions, that you can copy and use. Draw them. Practice the techniques that go along with that zone of the foot and hand, using your own charts.
