Foot Reflexology Charts

Here are foot reflexology charts with step-by-step lessons and routines.

I've added what each "special point" represents.

Scroll to the end for details on how to create your own reflexology charts.

Zones And Special Points Of The Left Foot

foot reflexology charts special points
  • Yellow dot on big toe -- pituitary gland

  • Blue on pads and tips of toes -- head, brain, sinus

  • Red -- spine and neck

  • Green base of big toe -- thyroid gland

  • Green dot -- solar plexus area

  • Yellow surrounded by Red -- left adrenal gland

  • Blue kidney shape -- left kidney

Techniques

All these zones, organs, and glands can benefit from...

  • pinpoint-and-rotate -- gently press your thumb or finger tip into a point. With the other hand, rotate the foot around your thumb a couple of times. Repeat.

  • hook-in-back-up -- press your thumb into a point. Hold. Glide down about half an inch. Release. Repeat several times

  • thumb walk -- in different directions. Use this great "inch-worm" technique

  • brain roll -- just "roll" our fingers on the tips of the clients toes

  • gentle compressions -- and hold. Have the client breathe into it

  • thumb rotations -- also, use thumb glides in all directions.

Repeat on the other foot, using the foot reflexology charts presented here.
