Reflexology Face Lift

depending on the age and health of the person receiving face reflexology, is how you judge the treatment. check for surgery, dentures and metal in the mouth; contact lenses and eye issues.
These are simple strokes, stimulating the whole lymphatic system and help drain the face, refreshing it with new blood.- Start the reflexology face lift by locating the medial aspect of the clavicles.
Place fingertips just superior to the clavicles and lateral to the sternoceidomastoid muscle. Gently and lightly press down with your fingertips behind the clavicles for the count of one. Release for a count of one. Repeat. Press lightly behind the clavicles for the count of one. Then release again for the count of one. Repeat twenty one times.
- Now, locate the sides of the neck, especially by the sternocleidomastoid muscle attachments of the clavicle.
Lightly place the length of your fingers on the skin in this area.Move your fingers in a downward motion, stretching the skin. Only stretch the skin about a half an inch. Hold for a count of one. Release by allowing the skin to rebound back. Repeat by stretching the skin and letting it release for about three times.
- Perform the same sequence again but, start your fingers on the neck closer to the jaw.
- Next face lift technique is lymphatic drainage and lifting of the chin.
Place your finger tips under the ramus of the mandible or jaw bone. Use only very light pressure. Gently stretch the skin back toward the ears, and hold for the count of one. Release. Repeat several times.
- The next part is the actual chin, the area under the mouth, inside the purple triangle.
Take you finger pads and lightly stretch the skin downward, say toward the throat. Hold for a count of one, then release. Repeat several times.
- Place your finger pads on the top lip and gently stretch laterally.
Hold for a count of one, then release. Repeat three times.
- Next, lightly place the length of your fingers on the side of the face, on the masseter muscles.
Again, gently move your fingers downward toward the jaw. Hold for a count of one, then release. Repeat three times. Helps to drain excess fluid, toxins, and lymphatic fluid out of the face.
- Place your fingers on the zygoma's or cheek bones.
Softly stretch the skin toward the ears. Hold. Release. Repeat.
- Be very careful here. Place your finger pads just under the eyes.
Softly and gently stretch the skin outward, away from the nose.
- Next. Place one or two fingers along the lateral edge of the nose.
Stretch the skin downward, toward the nostrils. Hold. Release. Repeat.
- Place the length of your fingers and thumbs on the forehead.
Your pressure is very light. Gently stretch the skin toward the ears. Hold for a count of one. Release the stretch. Repeat three times.
- Go back up to step one. Repeat the whole sequence three times.
