Pure Bamboo Vinegar Extract

Before going to bed, place each detox patch onto the supplied adhesive sheets and apply to the soles of your feet.
Leave the pads on both feet for 8-10 hours to ensure maximum adsorption of toxins into the pads.
Remove in the morning and throw pad away.

Once the pads have finished their job for the night, the powders will often change from a pale yellow to a brown/gray color and become slightly stiff and sticky.

This change in color and consistency signifies that toxins have been removed into the foot pad.
