Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Roman Chamomile essential oil has a warm, sweet scent that is calming.

The essential oil blend to the right is called "Serenity" which contains roman chamomile.

Roman Chamomile Essential Oil Blends Well With:

basil, bergamot, cardamom, geranium, jasmine, lavender, lemon, mandarin, palmarosa, peppermint, rose, rosemary, rosewood, and ylang ylang.

My recommendation is to dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.

For example, one tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil to one or two drops of essential oils.
